I am the founder of a Mentor product called Berry. We deploy Mentor programmes into organisations or networks. We train Mentors to be great and ensure access to meaningful mentoring. This was a concept after practicing in-house as an employment lawyer in Diageo, Conde Nast, Nokia and ABB; teams that I still support on retainer basis.
